Consultation

Our qualified nurses record and analyze your need for help in a free initial consultation and create an individual demand offer. This consultation serves to inform you and your relatives about the services offered by our outpatient care service. Moreover, it is a first exchange about the expectations and wishes that you put to us. We also can better assess your state of health and the resulting need for help. Since we need to be able to assess your individual living situation, the conversation preferably takes place in your home. Of course, if you are in a hospital, we will meet you there as well.
Our goal is that you get to know our offer and we can convey to you the central content of our care concept. You should get a realistic impression of how much care your relatives can ensure and what services we can provide.
Afterwards we will create an individual demand offer according to your needs, which will show you the expected costs.

Care benefits-in-kind

Care benefits-in-kind

The Care payment in kind is a benefit of long-term care insurance. It includes the home care help by professional nurses in the form of basic care and home care. The treatment care does not belong to the non-cash benefits.

The term in-kind benefit is meant in the sense of an in-kind care. In contrast to the reimbursement, in which the insured person is reimbursed the costs for the care paid by himself, the insured person receives care from a nursing institution, which provides this benefit on the basis of a care contract with the nursing care fund on its behalf.

Combination services

Combination services

Instead of the home care help by professional forces, a patient can be cared by volunteers, especially by relatives. In this case, instead of the long-term care insurance, he receives a care allowance in accordance with § 37 SGB XI. It is also possible, according to § 38 SGB XI, to combine care allowance and long-term care insurance and use the long-term care benefit only partially and to receive care allowance for the unused portion.

Home care

Home care

Home nursing usually means that a patient is being cared for by a qualified specialist at home. Insurance providers are  the health insurance companies. In order to receive these benefits, you do not have to be in need of long-term care insurance.

Home care includes all measures of contracted care that are used to treat  illnesses, to prevent their exacerbation or to relieve illness.
